Make all electricity produced in the UK sustainable by 2025

Petition Details

Climate change is the biggest issue to face humanity so far. It is destroying our planet, the only place in the known universe that we know can harbour life, but the UK government is claiming we will use all sustainable energy by 2043. This could be to late!

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We can't accept your petition because we aren't sure what you mean by sustainable electricity.

You could start a new petition calling for the Government to set a target that all electricity will be produced from renewable sources by 2025 if that's something you would like to see happen.
