Do not stop Free TV licence and Concessionary Travel Pass for over 75 years.
The Lords are recommending that Free TV licence and Concessionary Travel Pass for the over 75 years should be stopped. I recognize that the wealthy should not receive these benefits but clawback can be efficiently effected through the personal tax system.
