Stop private hire drivers working many miles away from there licencing council.
Sefton drivers are working in Manchester, and taking work away from other drivers. They should limit the work to there council area or for example 30 range from the licencing council. You have Wolverhampton drivers working anywhere in the UK, is insurance valid if they crash
