British waterways move to charitable status

Additional Information

Please can the Prime Minister intervene in the transition of British Waterways to a charitable trust.

BW has not even registered the charity yet, nor satisfied the requirements needed to get charity status.

Can he also question whether the charity needs 35 committee members. After all, there are only 23 members in the Cabinet. I feel that no decisions will ever be made.

Can he ensure that each license payer is entitled to a vote when issues occur involving Boating
