Investigate and replace the EFL organisation, for its failure to protect teams
The EFL has continuously allowed bad owners to buy teams. They fail to see if owners are financially stable to own them. They also fine and punish teams who are in financial difficulty. All because they failed in their due dilligence.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because it's about something the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for. This would be the responsibility of the footballing authorities.
You could start a new petition calling on the Government to set out "fit and proper" tests for football club ownership in law, taking the responsibility away from the FA and EFL, if that is something you would like to see happen.
