Make it a legal requirement for parents to vaccinate their children.
Children who cannot be vaccinated are becoming endangered by those whose parents refuse to vaccinate due to personal "beliefs" and misinformation. Parents whose children can be vaccinated need to be held accountable for their actions, it is time for the government to intervene.
In the UK last year "1 January 2018 and 31 October 2018, there have been 913 laboratory-confirmed measles cases in England." (source Public Health England published November 12, 2018). More information available to support this urgent need includes a citation from BBC "There have been more than 110,000 measles cases worldwide in the first three months of 2019 - a rise of 300% compared to last year, World Health Organization figures show." (BBC News April 25, 2019). It's time to act now!
