Give all permanent UK residents the right to vote in local council elections

Petition Details

There should be a change in electoral law. For those who live in a local community, numerous aspects of their daily life are influenced by decisions taken by the local authority. We should extend the right to vote in local elections to all permanent residents currently residing in the U.K.
