Petition Details

A lot of SEN children require routine and struggle with the normal school breaks. Closing schools to use as a polling station can cause these children unnecessary anxiety and stress. They need the stability of school more than mainstream school children. Closing for one day has a huge impact on them

It's local authorities' responsibility to decide where to locate polling stations. You could raise this issue with local councillors who represent you:
