To impose Stricter laws for the use of horse drawn carts, & roadside tethering

Petition Details

The use of horse drawn carts is widely known for severe health implications on the horse. Often this can cause mental health, & physical issues from the often ill fitting tethering & cart equipment. All horses must have passports, good health care & water provided.
