Make it illegal for cyclists to ride side by side on roads.

Petition Details

I live in Saffron Walden near Cambridge. It is very difficult overtaking cyclists when they are side by side. It makes roads very dangerous to drivers. Please can the rule be made to NOT allow cyclists to cycle side by side, so not to delay traffic.
