Make wages fair for all. Being under 25 doesn’t give you less of a work ethic!
Why should people under 25 be paid less because of their age? I’m a 19 year old deputy manager yet I’m being paid less than cashiers just because they are over 25, how do people think this is fair? Everyone is capable of putting the hours and the work in but we should all be treated equally.
