Legal requirement Aircompany display make-model of plane used for the fly
We ask that during reservation process client will also be informed of the tipe of aircraf they will fly on. This it should be clearly indicated next to other details (price, time, etc) during reservation.
To consider that when change of aircraft, customer be informed and allowed to reimbursment
The Boeing manufacturer has lost the reputation in regards to the "737 Max 8".
People should be allowed to consider more than one factor when they book a fly, including to know on what make-model aircraft they will fly on.
Aircompany should be specific on this and in case there is a change on the make-model aircraft booked on company expected to use, customers should be offered suitable alternative including refunds.
