Petition Details

Disability hate crime must become a specific criminal offence and the Government must review how the criminal justice system works for non-verbal disabled people.

Additional Information

Ken Alcock is a stroke survivor who has no speech. He was failed by the law after police were unable to bring prosecutions against a person/people who put him through mental torture because of his disability.
