Prevent children who have not been vaccinated for measles from attending school.
My classmate got severely ill from measles just before he was old enough to be vaccinated; he could have died from it, just like an increasing number of children in the UK.
By persuading parents to vaccinate their children for measles, it protects any that cannot have the vaccine for any reason.
