REPEAL THE VAGRANCY ACT 1824
This act still makes it an offence to sleep rough or beg.
Homelessness is on the increase, take the 1st step to help reduce the numbers.
.It is a HUMANITARIAN CRISIS,criminalising people is a
NATIONAL DISGRACE.
Ending homelessness is supported by all political parties-yet in the last few years people have been arrested for blatantly trivial reasons, such as taking food, past it's sell-by-date outside supermarkets.Men,women and children forced to take to the streets or beg for survival.Created under the reign of King George V1.Scotland and Ireland have repealed this barbaric archaic law,England and Wales must follow.STOP IT NOW
