Public inquiry into the use of “NDAs” to hide bullying and harassment in Schools
Dozens of academics have told BBC News they were "harassed" out of their jobs and made to sign non-disclosure agreements after making complaints.
NDA’s are rife in schools. Money which should be spent on students is being paid to “gag” teachers who complain.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand you're concerned about use of employment NDAs in education but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular, we're not sure whether you're concerned about use of NDAs by schools, in higher education or more widely.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
