Make the BBC TV Licence non-compulsory.
Seen as the BBC runs on the people's corporation money, we should have options,
Citizens should have a choice of wether to receive the BBC or not,
as some citizens feel we our made to pay £154.50 a year for a service we don't want.
So the BBC should be made non-compulsory.
