Scrap Car Tax
Scrap car tax, but increase the duty on fuel this way the motorists who drive the most miles will contribute more.
It will also acrue more revenues from visitor's from oversea's who use the ferrys to visit this country who then would not normally have to pay. It would also put an end to car tax dodgers.
