Allow electric powered scooters to be used on uk roads and pavements.
It is currently illegal to ride an electric scooter in the UK anywhere but on private land. In an age where green energy is crucial to the environment allowing electric scooters on our roads and pavements should be logical and positively encouraged rather than an offense.
