Carers allowance should not be a taxable/deductible income
People give up work to care for a loved one and therefore depend on national benefits through no fault of their own.
the government feel it is acceptable to deduct carers allowance from already minimal benefits people receive. We save government thousands whilst we care as we are not using private care providers
