Raise the price of single use plastic bags from 5p to 20p
Everybody's seen the news of plastic polluting our oceans and killing our marine animals. Everyone wants to end climate change but they are still buying the bags. Maybe if we raise the price people will stop buying them. We need to act now!
Every year 8 million tons of plastic ends up in our oceans.
