Make teachers wear a company uniform like children have to.
Teachers should wear a company uniform to lead by example and then children will see it's fair all round, as so many children complain to why they have to be in uniform but staff don't. Then maybe if teachers are in uniform alot more children will comply with the uniform regulations.
