Revoke “letters of comfort” issued to on the run terrorists to level the field.
With the PPSNI continued pursuit of Veterans in relation to incidents during the troubles; it is only right, OTR terrorists wanted in connection with atrocities in the UK are held to the same standard. Many terror suspects are immune from prosecution due to erroneously issued OTR letters.
The charges against Soldiers F, B etc when viewed against the dismissal of the case against the Hyde Park bomber because of the letters of comfort demonstrates the fundamental injustice of the one sided approach to justice in Northern Ireland.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure what action you'd like the UK Government and Parliament to take.
In 2014, an independent review of the so-called "on-the-run" scheme (or comfort letters) made it very clear that the letters given to “on the runs” did not constitute an amnesty or immunity from prosecution.
