Introduce registration for bicycles, number plates, and insurance.
There is a lot of cyclists on UK roads however, there is no way to identify them as the other road users. In case of a cyclist causing damage to a vehicle or a motorbike and not stopping at the scene of the accident, the victim is left with a repair bill as the responsible person has left the scene
As they are equal road users they should have some sort of identification such as a number plate and they should also be fined for not following the highway code. As well as they should be insured as the other road users for their own safety as well as in case of them being responsible for an accident.
