Legalise PLEV by amending The Highway Act 1835
Making the use of electric scooters legal in the UK by amending an out of date law. Electric scooters can be a cost effective, clean, efficient and convenient mode of transport within many cities in the UK. There are many ride sharing schemes already in place throughout many major European cities.
