Make stem cell treatment available for emphysema on the NHS

Petition Details

Stem cell treatment has helped so many people with a lot of different types of health issues. My boyfriend has got emphysema and we are fundraising to take him out of the UK for the stem cell treatment and we would love for him to have it on the NHS but he can’t.
