Have public written answers to all PMQs, answers in the House at PM's discretion
PMQs has become theatre without substance, and in no way achieves the aim of holding the executive to account. Many of the questions are perfectly valid, but are answered with obfuscation. The obligation to provide written answers would force the executive to address questions seriously.
The present format and the behaviour in the House brings Parliament into contempt, as does the tendency of participants to harp mostly on their opponents' failings instead of addressing the subject in question. Clearly written answers to questions need to be provided within a short time, and steps taken to ensure due publicity and commentary. Understood that there would be less theatre, but TV, for instance, could graduate to providing a more balanced assessment of questions and replies.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
There is already a system in place for MPs to ask Government Ministers, including the Prime Minister, questions which receive written answers: www.parliament.uk/business/publications/written-questions-answers-statements/written-questions-answers/
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
