Limit the pay increases of Britain's bosses
The increases to top executives pay levels should be proportionate to increases for staff. There should be a limit (represented as a %) that board salaries should not exceed. So for example, if shareholders want to reward their CEO with a 50% increase, then the pay of general staff needs to increase proportionately.
