Provide more funding to councils for litter picking.

Petition Details

This should be more of a necessity than it currently is, ever been to a place and thought how filthy it looked with rubbish covering the streets, a little or a lot can have a big impact on whether a person returns to that environment and greatly affects creatures who can’t speak for themselves.
