Reform the family courts to support shared parenting and equality.
The keynote speech from Lord Justice MacFarlane highlighted issues with the current family court’s procedure.
The current children’s act was introduced in 1989 and based on 1980’s lifestyle.
We are now nearing the end of the second decade of the 21st century and nothing has changed within the law, yet father’s are far more active in the raising of our children.
