Introduce mandatory licensing for dog ownership in the UK.
With an increasing number of dog attacks on livestock and other animals, it is clear that the responsibility of dog ownership is not taken seriously by a significant number of dog owners. Mandatory licensing for dog ownership would ensure that owners have the training to safely own a dog.
