Address the discrimination and persecution of the Uighur people of China.
The Uighur people of Xinjiang, China are being persecuted .Their basic human rights are being violated.Thousands have been murdered with millions being forced into concentration camps built disguised as 're-education facilities'. There is not enough awareness and the UK needs to address the issue.
Families being seperated and people killed in masses. Extreme torture methods,QR codes on your front door, biometric data collection and checkpoints as frequent as every hundred yards. A stranger living in your house and reporting every move you make. Being banned from practising your religion and instead being forced to pledge allegience to the state, even uttering the word 'God' could result in prison and/or death.
Unfortunately, this is a reality for the Uighur people. And not enough is being done to save them.
