Gvt to review the means tested student loans in relation to household incomes
Because of SFC rules on means tested student loans, My partner's son's loan has been REDUCED by £6000. this is due to me moving into my partner's home. I have no financial or parental responsibility for him and have known him a year, how is this fair? He is training to be a mental health nurse!!!!!
To assess the parents financial capability to provide for their dependants taking into account other dependants, debt or other financial responsibilities.
To take into consideration who has parental and financial responsibility for the applicant and length of relationship with application.
