Stop the HMRC from bankrupting &forcing companies who want to pay their tax debt
HMRC are not interested in helping companies who fell behind on taxes and want to bankrupt them even though they have no assets. HMRC need to be allowing people to pay their debts rather than bankrupting companies who will loose employees which end up on the dole and costing the government.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. HMRC makes payment plans available to those who can pay back tax debts:
www.gov.uk/difficulties-paying-hmrc
If you are unhappy with a specific case, you contact HMRC to make a complaint:
www.gov.uk/complain-about-hmrc
You could also start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to change about tax debts.
