Require companies to provide a succinct version of their 'Terms and Conditions'
The T&C's provided by companies are regularly completely indecipherable to the average person.
They are commonly forced on us without people being able to properly understand and agree to them.
The government should legally require all companies that do business in the United Kingdom to provide succinct Terms & Conditions in plain language that can be clearly understood.
For example, people who have dyslexia are meant to be protected from discrimination under the Equality Act 2010, yet the language and complexity of T&C's can be completely overwhelming to someone with dyslexia, and I cannot believe that companies are not aware.
