Scrap second houses for MPs and buy or renovate a hotel for their use whilst in London
Save the country money by developing an existing building in London that can house all members of Parliament for their duration of time they have to spend at the Houses of Parliament in London doing the job they wanted to do instead of paying them a housing allowance
