Leaving the EU includes no more Euro Vision Song Contest entry for Great Britain
No background needed, when we leave the EU we no longer have an entry to this monstrosity of a show also the BBC can no longer air this.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The UK entry at Eurovision is not the responsibility of the UK Parliament and Government.
The BBC is responsible for the UK's Eurovision entry. The BBC is an independent body governed by a Royal Charter. Under the terms of that Charter, the BBC is operationally and editorially independent of government and there is no provision for the government to intervene in the BBC’s day-to-day operations.
