Alan Pollock should not be convicted for standing up to a yob
Our Government tells us that we should take a united stand against anti-social behaviour; yet, Mr Pollock finds himself charged with assault for evicting an anti-social fare dodger pn ScotRail at a rail conductor's request.
The Government should put in place clear laws to protect brave citizens such as Mr Pollock who act to protect our society.
