Relax NI abortion law by retracting the NI assembly's devolved power to set it
Power to change abortion law and a woman's right to control over her body in Northern Ireland is devolved to the now suspended NI assembly. As such parliament refuses to relax these laws.
We call on government to retract devolved power on abortion law in NI to give equality to all women in the UK.
