Require all court judgments to include reasons with the decision

Petition Details

There is no requirement under current Criminal Procedure Rules and Practice Directions for judges to give reason for their decisions, including whether or not appeals should be heard.

Additional Information

This needs to be changed so that justice is more transparent.
