Re examine Family Law and it's constant use of Future Emotional Harm
Throughout the media this appears regularly as the key reason why majority of children are separating from their birth parents.
The law is already being scrutinized
Social services manipulation of this law on cooperative parents. Playing on the parents willingness to do all they can to keep kids.
