Tube strike - Allow the public to hold a counter ballot to deny a tube strike
The customers of the london underground are the ultimate sufferers of the tube strikes. We need a mechanism to look after their interests. If more people vote against the strike then for the strikes then there should be a ban on the strike. If the public agrees with the reasons for the strike they may support that. However the public deserves a say when the strike is viewed as being not fair
