Change FixedTerms Parliament Act(2011) and call for people's vote on next PM

Petition Details

A General Election petition was made but it was stated that due to the Fixed Terms Parliament Act (2011) elections can only take place every 5 years.
This petition calls for democracy, to change the act so that when PMs resign we the people have a chance to vote for our next PM.
