Make changing a party leader/Prime Minister trigger a General Election
It looks likely that the next Conservative leadership election will leave us with a new Prime Minister without a General Election.
Leaders from the same party can have very different ideas of how to run the country and each new leader should require a fresh mandate to implement their programme.
