Implement a Government accountability system, to make England democratic again.
Accountability has become a dominant concept in many professions, such as health and education in England; used by governments to control/track services. Yet the government are not accountable for their actions, which has increased inequality so much that democracy could die, which must be stopped.
England is meant to be a democratic society; however, a recent report (Below) states that inequality is so rife in England that democracy could become a historical association to the English way of life. All education, the NHS and local council are struggling and stretched . Therefore, the government are not acting in our interests, which must be stopped. A government accountability system could therefore, put the quality back into life.

We're not sure exactly what you mean by a government accountability system. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
