General public to elect their next PM. (No confidence in HM Government)
Theresa May has resigned her position of Prime Minister & now there is fear that Boris Johnson will take on that title if voted by his party to do so. The general public have no say in this and therefore the House should take a vote of confidence on the Conservative party or call a general election.
Her Majesty's Government is failing it's people as of recently.
(The only way a general election can be held is if a vote of No Confidence is achieved in parliament or the House comes to an agreement and decides a general election is appropriate).
