make bonfire in the residential area a criminal offence.
some tenants/house owners prefer to burn house waste(recyclable and non recyclable) in massive bonfires. such practice affects other residents, pose risk of fire spread and damage the environment. actions are necessary to reduce impact on public health and environment.
