General Election - Add the selection... None... to every ballot paper.
Why should we be encouraged to vote during general elections when no party has done enough to win your vote.
On every ballot paper there should be a selection to choose indicating simply NONE.
If the winner of the election is NONE then the process starts again until there is a winner.
