Allow the cannabis community to grow and regulate in partnership with the police
The cannacommunity represent the means of production and the market. Many are preyed upon by the unscrupulous and cannot access a safe, consistent supply. Legislate in order that the community as a whole can develop standards and regulate in concert with the police and government.
