Mobile Phone Usage While Driving

It should be made law that all new manufactured vehicles, are fitted with technology that bans mobile signals being received or transmitted from within the car, while it is moving.

The law states that mobile phones must not be used while travelling, making it impossible to do while in a car, would solve that problem.
